Benchmark: AC-3(3)(b)(3)
Description
Enforce [Assignment: organization-defined mandatory access policy] over the set of covered subjects and objects specified in the policy, and where the policy: (b) Specifies that a subject that has been granted access to information is constrained from doing any of the following; (3) Changing one or more security attributes (specified by the policy) on subjects, objects, the system, or system components.

- EC2 instances should use IMDSv2
- Ensure IAM password policy requires a minimum length of 14 or greater
- IAM groups, users, and roles should not have any inline policies
- IAM policy should not have statements with admin access
- IAM root user hardware MFA should be enabled
- IAM root user MFA should be enabled

- IAM user access keys should be rotated at least every 90 days
