Benchmark: AC-3(4)(a)
Description
Enforce [Assignment: organization-defined discretionary access policy] over the set of covered subjects and objects specified in the policy, and where the policy specifies that a subject that has been granted access to information can do one or more of the following: (a) Pass the information to any other subjects or objects.

- EC2 instances should use IMDSv2
- Ensure IAM password policy requires a minimum length of 14 or greater
- IAM groups, users, and roles should not have any inline policies
- IAM policy should not have statements with admin access
- IAM root user hardware MFA should be enabled
